Hello everyone. Join us here as we share stories, photos, and the occasional poems proclaiming God’s goodness.
Our names are Josiah and Danielle and as I like to say, we are blessedly stuck together (married). We currently reside in the beautiful state of Montana with our two children and are blessed to be surrounded by family and a great community. Josiah works as a HVAC technician and EMT for the local volunteer ambulance and Danielle is a stay at home mom that loves making all the things. She also homeschools our two children. God has given us the privilege and responsibility to teach our children about Him, and now He has added to our mission.
In the fall of 2025 God made it clear that He had more for us to do in Peru for His glory. In the past we have made a few short trips to northern Peru and gained dear friendships with fellow believers there. Now through many connections and God’s timing, He led us to southern Peru near Cusco. In two separate trips in 2026 He showed us a little town called Chupani on top of the Andes mountains where some of the Quechua people live. The people here were very welcoming and the ones we got to share the gospel with eagerly accepted Christ as their Lord and savior. “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few,” is very true for this area. God had been working on their hearts before we showed up, and it will continue to be Him that transforms their lives. Through God’s leading and provision, our family will be focusing our efforts on discipling the Quechua in the word of God and growing our family’s faith alongside them. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matthew 28:19-20
January through June of 2027, we will be living in Chupani as the first leg of our journey, prayerfully ready for whatever more is to follow.
Please join us in prayer for the people of Peru, our Spanish studies, and for our family as we make a big step in faith.
